Bob knows it all and his ego is tied to his opinion. Bob is closed minded about anything and everything and how he sees things is “how things are and should be”.
May God help organizations that hire and place bobs in leadership positions. It gets worse when they drive business or product strategy because it equates to shooting darts in the dark. Bob will end up costing your organization a ton of money and a lot of missed steps or killing your organization long before you figure out that it is dead.
